What began as a very personal journey to heal myself with The Sophia Code from the unimaginable atrocities which I survived has grown organically into a global movement, serving the hearts of hundreds of thousands of spiritual seekers worldwide. This is my story
Thirty years ago I was a broken young woman, plagued by symptoms of PTSD from the elite human trafficking and ritual abuse that I had survived throughout my childhood and adolesence.
Everything changed when I met Divine Mother Sophia on Mount Shasta during a snowy night in 2009 and she confirmed what I innately knew in my heart —
I am whole, sovereign, and divine no matter what I have survived — and so are you!
The Beginning: Navigating Through Unimaginable Darkness
I was born in a spiritually awakened state into a sophisticated elite human trafficking network, hidden behind the facade of a “normal” family which was actually a civilian front of Masonic trafficking handlers. Exploited for my psychic gifts, I was raped, tortured and abused through military experimentation, intelligence agency mind control programs, and satanic ritual abuse.
How I Broke Free — And Began my Healing Journey
I survived through divine grace, and was cast out like trash at the age of 18, when I no longer had value as a child slave. I lived like a ghost in those early years of young adulthood, facing the overwhelming darkness of my pain and outrage. I was scared to talk about what I’d survived for fear of repercussions, or no one believing me. Ironically, the military training I’d received taught me how to push past my pain and outwardly move forward. I managed to get a college education while working full-time even as I was falling apart inside. This facade was unsustainable, causing me a great deal of silent suffering — I felt like I was all alone.

My spiritual journey began at the age of 25, reawakened through a rigorous yoga practice and triggered by serious health issues that left me no choice but to turn inwards and face my greatest wounds.
As I grew stronger in my body, I rebuilt my self-esteem and gave myself permission to use my psychic gifts for personal healing. With every step forward, I listened for divine guidance and took action. Over time these practices deepened my relationship with my Higher Self and God.
Through meditation I eventually accepted that my spiritual guides had never left my side — they were actually a big part of keeping me alive. They had been with me all along, waiting for me to ask for their help.
My journey with suffering generated a massive depth of compassion for the suffering of others and I realized my intuitive abilities could help others to heal in the same way that I was healing myself –
I was being called to a higher purpose.

With the codex becoming an international phenomenon, the Ascended Masters requested that I create a non-profit entity in preparation for a legacy body of work. The Sophia Code Foundation was established in the state of Arizona as a legal 501(c)(3) educational non-profit entity with a vision to serve the ascension of humanity and create a divine feminine temple.

I build ceremonial altars and professionally record The Sophia Code audio book in just 5 days at the infamous Skywalker Ranch in northern California. The audio book became a bestseller on the first day of its publication, creating even greater momentum for this divine feminine movement.
2017-2024 live events & courses channeled14 Master Curriculums
Over the next 7 years I channeled 14 curriculums and produced 20+ live community events worldwide, with content that expanded upon The Sophia Code teachings and included topics such as creativity, entrepreneurship, leadership, psychic development, sovereignty, advocacy, and divine feminine spirituality. This legacy body of work is now carefully curated as a whole system for spiritual awakening and the curricula vitae of our Ascension Academy.
2018 jewelry line launchedKR Spiritual Jewelry
Before publishing The Sophia Code, the Ascended Master Isis showed me that I would be designing jewelry for the codex, just as they did in ancient Egypt. I channeled designs from the Ascended Masters for spiritual jewelry that helps readers to connect with the living transmission and their Higher Self.

I created an advanced training program for sovereign spiritual leadership. This certification program teaches how to co-lead Sophia Circle Journeys® through The Sophia Code book with the Ascended Masters by your side. I founded an online spiritual support group for survivors of rape, human trafficking, and abuse that meets every other month for free. In these gatherings I candidly answer community questions and teach a new language for understanding and healing the somatic impact of trauma. Guided by The Sophia Code teachings.
2024launched The Sophia Code Ascension Academy
I donate a decade of channeled recordings to the Foundation, including 14 master curriculums that are curated into a step-by-step, whole system for spiritual awakening and leadership training with The Sophia Code teachings. The Ascension Academy is then launched as a membership program with all proceeds benefiting the Foundation.
2024 recognized as a church Foundation Receives Church Status
In addition to its non-profit educational status, The Sophia Code Foundation receives legal church registration in the state of Arizona. Our recognized church status preserves The Sophia Code as a legacy body of divine feminine spiritual teachings, as well as protects our platform’s powerful advocacy to expose child trafficking. It also honors the divine feminine as a spiritual path of worship, and supports our long-term financial goals for building a divine feminine temple.
2025 my teaching sabbatical Channeling, Writing & Creating
I’m currently taking a sabbatical from social media and teaching year-long journeys so that I can complete several important creative projects, including my next book. In 2025 you can join me once a month for a free foundation-sponsored offering. I alternate between leading the The Heaven on Earth Prayer Collective and the Sovereign Soul Alliance every other month. I also regularly post in the community forum for our Ascension Academy memberships.
