How do I turn on/off my app notifications?

For iPhone Users:

1. Go to your phone’s main Settings app (not the app settings).
2. Find Notifications
3. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
4. Locate The Sophia Code
5. Find The Sophia Code in your app list and tap it.
6. Enable All Notification Types
7. Turn on Allow Notifications, then enable Sounds, Badges, and Banners for complete notification access.

💡 iPhone Tip: If you don’t see The Sophia Code in your notifications list, make sure the app is installed and you’ve opened it at least once. New apps sometimes take a few minutes to appear in settings.

For Android Users:

1. Go to your phone’s main Settings app (gear icon).
2. Apps & Notifications
3. Tap Apps & notifications or Application Manager (varies by Android version).
4. Find The Sophia Code
5. Find and tap The Sophia Code app in your app list.
6. Enable Notifications
7. Tap Notifications and turn on Show notifications. Enable all notification categories including alerts, badges, and sounds.

🤖 Android Tip: Some Android devices have battery optimization that can block notifications. If you’re still not receiving notifications, go to Battery settings and disable optimization for The Sophia Code app.
