You bought a digital product or subscribed to a membership but you can’t find it in your app account. Don’t worry! Your purchases are safe and linked to your account. Content sometimes doesn’t sync automatically between our website and app, or there may be a misspelling in the email account you used for your purchase. Most missing content appears after checking the right folder or requesting manual connection from our team.
Most “missing” content is actually in the app – just in a location you haven’t checked yet.
On your app homepage, look for the main folder labeled “My Ascension Academy”. This is where most paid content lives.
Inside “My Ascension Academy,” check every subfolder:
• Any courses
• Keycode Initiations
• Treasure Stacks
• Live Ceremonies
If you have a membership, also look in:
Make sure you’re logged into the app with the same email address you used to make purchases.
Check your email: App → Profile → Settings → Account Information
📅 About Our 2023 Content Migration
What happened: In 2023, we moved all Ascension Academy content from our website to The Sophia Code App for a better user experience.
Why content might be missing: Some purchases made before the migration need to be manually connected to your app account. This is a one-time process our team handles quickly. Mismatching email addresses from purchases made on TheSophiaCodeFoundation.org and your app account profile is the cause of a majority of syncing issues.
