You’re trying to login into TheSophiaCodeFoundation.org or The Sophia Code app but are not able to login or you’re not able to reset your password. FYI: Our website and app have separate login systems with different passwords, but they may use the same email address. Here’s how to reset the right password for the right system.
Our website (for purchases and account management) and mobile app (for content access) were built on different platforms. Both use your same email address, but require separate passwords for security.

For The Sophia Code App: where you access your purchased courses and membership content, attend livestreams, and find all our free monthly broadcast replays.

📧 Important: Always Use the Same Email
Critical for account connection: Even though you have different passwords, you MUST use the same email address for both website and app accounts. This links your purchases to your content access.
If you use different emails: Your purchases won’t sync to the app and you won’t see your content.
🔄 “Wrong Password” Error
You’re probably using your website password to log into the app (or vice versa).
Solution: Try the other password, or reset the specific system’s password
📧 Not Receiving Reset Emails
Reset emails sometimes go to spam, or you may be using a different email address.
Solution: Check spam folder, verify email address, wait 10 minutes
🔀 Mixed Up Which is Which
You’ve reset passwords but can’t remember which one goes where.
Solution: Reset both passwords with clear, different patterns
📱 App Won’t Accept New Password
Sometimes the app needs to be force-closed and reopened after password reset.
Solution: Force close app, wait 2 minutes, reopen and try again
🌐 Website Password Not Working
Browser may have saved old password or autofill is interfering.
Solution: Clear browser cache, disable autofill, type manually
❓ Can’t Remember Which Email
You’ve used multiple email addresses and aren’t sure which one has your account.
Solution: Contact support with all possible emails for account lookup
