🔍 Can’t Find Unsubscribe Link
Some email clients hide small text or cut off email footers. The link is always there.
Solution: View the email in a web browser or contact us directly

Login to your My Account dashboard HERE, and then in the same browser, go to the Email Preferences page HERE.
Solution: Login to your My Account, and then unsubscribe HERE.
đź”— Link Doesn’t Work
Occasionally links can break or your email client blocks them for security.
Solution: Copy/paste the link into browser or email us to unsubscribe manually
📧 Still Getting Emails
It can take 24-48 hours to process unsubscribe requests, and some emails may already be scheduled.
Solution: Wait 2-3 days, then contact us if emails continue
❌ Error Page Appears
Sometimes the unsubscribe page has technical issues or loads incorrectly.
Solution: Try again later or email us with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in subject line
📱 Link Too Small on Mobile
Unsubscribe links can be tiny and hard to tap on mobile devices.
Solution: Zoom in, use a stylus, or forward email to desktop
🗂️ Multiple Email Addresses
You may have subscribed with different email addresses that need separate unsubscribing.
Solution: Unsubscribe from each email address or contact us to check all accounts
