Pre-Order FAQ

Pre-orders for The Sophia Code Companion Workbook will begin shipping by end of December 2026 but could also arrive earlier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Here are the estimated shipping & handling times based on order destination:

  • United States orders take 1-2 days to process plus 5-7 business days to be delivered
  • Canada orders take  1-2 days to process plus 14-21 business days to be delivered
  • International orders take 1-2 days to process plus 21-28 business days to be delivered

All orders, including international orders, are shipped via the USPS (United States Postal Service).

If you’d like to pre-order both the Companion Workbook and the Quote Deck, you will need to place two separate orders on our website — one order for each product.

Pre-orders for the Companion Workbook are currently forecasted to ship out by the end of December 2026, and pre-ordered Quote Decks will also ship by the end of December 2026.

As both pre-ordered products will be shipped from our fulfillment center at different times, each product will require its own pre-order transaction, shipping charge, and a separate USPS tracking number.

All sales of physical products are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including change of mind during a pre-order stage. If something is wrong with your order, we may offer a store credit or exchange toward another physical product in our online shop. Store credits and exchanges are reviewed individually and granted at our discretion.

No — however, this companion workbook is not a standalone product, it is intentionally designed to be used as you read The Sophia Code. Whether this is your first time reading the book or you are returning to it again, this companion workbook meets you exactly where you are. For first-time readers, it creates structure and spaciousness to inspire your journey through the book. For those returning to the text, it offers a fresh lens — a chance to see how much you have changed since you last connected with these teachings.

The workbook mirrors the structure of The Sophia Code chapter-by-chapter across thirteen chapters. Inside you’ll find 300 pages that offer 150+ first-person journaling prompts, dedicated pages for integrating the eight Keycode Initiations with the Ascended Masters, blank canvas pages designed with the golden mean ratio for sketching and unstructured creative flow, channeled affirmations you can resource throughout your day, and invitations to write letters directly to your Keycode mentors. Kaia Ra’s original artwork for the Galactic Keys of Ascension series is woven throughout.

Three ways. First, this is the only workbook authored by Kaia Ra as an official companion to The Sophia Code — designed to integrate the codex chapter-by-chapter rather than function as a general spiritual journal.
