Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our United States fulfillment center with the exception of the restricted destinations listed below.

How We Calculate Shipping Fees

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the number of items in your order and your delivery destination. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders With Multiple Items

When you order more than one item, we ship them together in a single package whenever possible, and shipping is charged once per order.

Occasionally an item may need to ship separately — for example, when items become available on different dates. If that applies to anything in your cart, you’ll see a note at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Pre-Order Items

Some items are available for pre-order ahead of their release. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page, not within our standard 1 – 2 business day window.

Current pre-order ship windows:

• The Sophia Code Companion Workbook — ships by the end of December 2026
• The Sophia Code Quote Deck — ships by the end of December 2026

Your card is charged when you place your order, which reserves your copy. If a ship date changes for any reason, we will notify you by email.

Ordering Both Pre-Order Items

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Bundling both products into one order is not available for Pre-Orders ⚠️

If you’d like to pre-order both the Companion Workbook and the Quote Deck, you will need to place two separate orders on our website — one order for each product.

Pre-orders for the Companion Workbook are currently forecasted to ship out by the end of December 2026, and pre-ordered Quote Decks ship by the end of December 2026.

As both pre-ordered products will be shipped from our fulfillment center at different times, each product will require its own pre-order transaction, shipping charge, and a separate USPS tracking number.

Once both items have shipped and are in regular stock, they can be ordered together in a single order as usual.

Pre-Order Quantity Limits

To ensure fair availability during our launch, pre-orders are limited to 5 units per product, per order. If you’d like to order more, please email us at contact@thesophiacode.org to discuss a bulk order.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 – 2 business days of purchase.

You will receive an email receipt with details about your purchase immediately after you complete your transaction on our website.

You will then receive a second email notification once your order ships from our fulfillment center with a USPS tracking number.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place it.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States 5-7 business days
• Canada 14-21 business days
• International 21-28 business days

NOTE: Please remember to add 1-2 business days for processing your order in addition to your delivery time.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and peak shipping seasons may extend delivery beyond these windows.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to shipping restrictions, customs limitations, international trade regulations, and inconsistent delivery rates, we are unable to fulfill orders to the following destinations:

• North Korea
• Afghanistan
• Belarus
• Bhutan
• Cuba
• Eritrea
• Haiti
• Iran
• Niue
• Seychelles
• South Sudan
• Sudan
• Turkmenistan
• Turkey
• Yemen
• Brazil
• Philippines
• Malaysia
• Indonesia
• Mexico
• Russia
• Syria

If your delivery address is in one of these countries, you will not be able to complete checkout for physical products. This list is reviewed periodically and may change as international shipping conditions and regulations are updated.

Digital products, memberships, and online course access are not affected by these restrictions and remain available worldwide.

International Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Please read this section carefully before placing an international order.

All orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by The Sophia Code Foundation. They are determined by your country’s customs authority, assessed after your package leaves our fulfillment center, and billed directly to you by the carrier or your local customs office.

As the recipient, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or associated fees required to receive your order.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict, calculate, waive, reduce, or reimburse them. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you would like an estimate of what you may owe.

Common thresholds to be aware of:

• United Kingdom — orders valued above £135 are subject to 20% Import VAT plus any applicable duties, collected before delivery.
• European Union — as of July 1, 2026, packages containing merchandise valued up to €150 are subject to new import duty requirements. Orders above €150 follow standard EU import rules.

These thresholds are set by the destination country and are subject to change. They are provided as general guidance only and are not a quote.

Please also note:

We are legally required to declare the accurate contents and full retail value of every international shipment. We cannot mark orders as “gift,” declare a reduced value, or alter customs documentation for any reason.

Customs clearance may add days or weeks to your delivery time. Delays caused by customs inspection are outside our control.

If a package is held by customs, the carrier will typically contact you directly. It is your responsibility to respond to those requests promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, including apartment or unit numbers, postal codes, and phone number where required for international delivery.

We are not able to reroute or modify an order once it has entered fulfillment. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at your expense.

Undeliverable, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the damaged items so we can make it right. Contact us at contact@thesophiacode.org

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your household, neighbors, and local carrier office first, as packages are occasionally scanned early or left in an alternate location. If it still cannot be located, please reach out and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If an order is refused at delivery, abandoned at customs, or returned to us because duties and fees were not paid, please contact us directly. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping or customs charges we incur will be deducted from your refund. Items that are destroyed or disposed of by customs and not returned to us are not eligible for refund or replacement.
